are more shapes to choose from for your pasta, than a school geometry test.
You can go with the traditional spaghetti style noodles that are long and thin, or you can go
with something interesting and try some custom shapes that can also include soothing never done before. This makes
the meal a different event at the dinner table every night, and you will receive rave reviews from family and
friends alike.
Mechanical Or Electric Its Your Call
One of the biggest questions you will come across in your quest in making pasta at home is how
you are going to make it. There are several ways that this can be done, and while it is possible for you to do it
the old fashioned way it is anything but simple.
Rolling out pasta from hand as they did many years ago is very hard on the hands; this is why
many choose to use a mechanical or electric pasta-rolling machine.
While both of these machines are great at doing the job, there are many perks to both machines
individually. The electric rolling machine is very versatile, but it does not always offer the best of
functionality and ease of use. In regards to the manual roller, you will have to put a little elbow grease into
each task you perform.
